How much does an EPC cost?
EPCs start from £65. We're not VAT registered, so there's no VAT to add and no booking fees. Prices depend on property size and distance from Swindon: enter your postcode above for your exact price, or call for a quote.
How long does the assessment take?
Most homes take around 45 minutes to an hour on site. We photograph and measure the property, record the heating, insulation, windows and construction, then produce the certificate.
When do I get my certificate?
The same day. The certificate is lodged and sent to you electronically on the day of the appointment, so you can get straight on with your sale or letting.
Do I need an EPC to sell or rent?
Yes. An EPC is legally required before a property goes on the market to sell or let, and also for new builds and some major renovations.
